Malnutrition is a major cause of death and cause of the detriment of the health of many children. Danger from the war caused families to flee their homes, with the war causing many to become orphans and become fatherless due to the death of parents. Many children have nowhere to live while others have family members who are also struggling due to the war. Grace Furaha Foundation aims to help as much as possible, but we need financial help in order to do this more successfully and help more people as many are struggling. This is a problem throughout all of DR Congo. The children are the future and this is sad to see in a country blessed with much natural resources which benefit the world.
School BuildingÂ
This is a school in the area. The school buildings are built by the children themselves because they want to study. Because of war in DR Congo, most of the children have lost their parents. They want to go to school like all the children all around the world, but they are not able to. They are hoping that with the help of Grace Furaha Foundation, they will be able to have a building, school books, uniforms and everything else they need.
